Abstract


Objective:Preliminary explore the tongue-change’trends of Children pneumonia. Through to observe the wind-heat closed lungs、phlegm-heat closed lungs phlegm-heat closed lungs turn to Yin Hyperactivity of lungs children’s tongue-change, Summary the evolution law of three kinds of the TCM syndrome, as the time to turn to normal.Collect the lung’s moist rales and Summary the change trends.Observe the TCM syndrome’ change of the children of phlegm-heat closed lungs and Tongue as characteristics,find the Time some of TCM syndrome Happened change.Explore the of tongue-change’trends of Children pneumonia with the TCM syndrome and the TCM syndrome’s change. Explore the relevance lung’s moist rales’change with the tongue-change’s evolution law.Methods:Choose 102 children of Liaoning university of chinese medicine hospital’s children’s ward from october and decem ber, in 2010 and Meet the Diagnosis of wind-heat closed lungs and phlegm-heat closed lungs.Use a gathering room to observe、gathering、storage the tongue-change of wind-heat closed lungs phlegm-heat closed lungs、phlegm-heat closed lungs turn to Yin Hyperactivity At the same time, use stethophone gathering the moist rales of the children of phlegm-heat closed lungs. The tongue-change what to have gathering use the form of Count and percentages to Analysis. Summary keep the type of wind-heat closed lungs、phlegm-heat closed lungs and phlegm-heat closed lungs turn to Yin Hyperactivity of lungs children’s tongue-change Laws;the lung’s moist rales change tends; tongue-change trends of phlegm-heat closed lungs; the main time some of all the TCM syndrome’s tongue-change happened; the main time some of the moist rales of the lung absorbed.Results:1. The TCM syndrome’ distribution of children pneumonia have obvious difference, in the preliminary stage of children pneumonia wind-heat closed lungs and phlegm-heat closed lungs are common to see.The main tongue nature of wind-heat closed lungs is red, coating on the tongue are thin and white. The main tongue nature of phlegm-heat closed lungs is red too, coating on the tongue are deep、yellow and dirt.2. Tongue-change’ trends of Children pneumonia:wind-heat closed lungs and phlegm-heat closed lungs are common to see. In the development process,all the tongue nature are change to pink and all the coating on the tongue are change to thin and white. In the observation time all the wind-heat closed lungs children can return to normal,but only part of phlegm-heat closed lungs children can return to normal.The restore time of wind-heat closed lungs is shorter than phlegm-heat closed lungs.3. Phlegm-heat closed lungs children are easily change to Yin Hyperactivity of lungs than other TCM syndromes.4. The lung’s moist rales of phlegm-heat closed lungs children are change to rough breathing sound, but some children happened TCM syndrome change are not easily disappear.Conclusion:1.There are distributed differreces of Tongue Diagnosis of TCM syndrome of pediatric pneumonia, and evolution law in the Syndromes of wind-heat closed lungs, phlegm-heat closed lungs.2. In the later stage of Children pneumonia, Lung Real heat Syndromes is easily turn to Lung deficiency-heat Syndromes.3. The lung’s moist rales of phlegm-heat closed lungs children are different by the TCM syndrome change.4. The lung’s moist rales of phlegm-heat closed lungs children are different for the differreces of Tongue Diagnosis.
