Abstract


Occupation high school is to cultivate high-quality technical staff at the grass-roots level of occupation education. In recent years, due to the expanding enrollment of University and society of talent level in the one-sided pursuit of the influence of factors such as the number of students in senior high school, occupation shrink year by year, the quality of students has declined, leading to teachers’ classroom management difficulty increases, seriously affecting the occupation high school teaching quality. Teaching activities and classroom management is the basic condition of survival, scientific and effective classroom management to improve the teaching effect and train high-quality talents is of great significance.This research takes Kunshan city occupation high school as an example, referring to domestic and international about classroom management on the basis of literature review, unifies the author many years teaching experience, using a questionnaire, observation, interviews and other methods of occupation high school classroom management current situation ,the author undertook thorough investigation, and analyzed the problems of classroom management from two aspects of students and teachers.This research consists of three parts: the first part in the introduction explains the research background and significance, research purpose and methods, related concepts, and classroom management of domestic and foreign existing research summarizes. Secondly, the occupation high school classroom management current situation made investigation and study, and students and teachers from two aspects to carry on the thorough analysis. Finally, from the conception of education, teachers, classroom atmosphere, home school communication, curriculum setting and the employment consciousness,the author puts forward some effective prevention and coping strategies.
