Disease proteomics research is the the proteomics in applied research, the most promising areas. It explore provide important theoretical basis for the occurrence of major disease mechanisms, diagnosis, and drug development. The main contribution of this paper is to: the the first proteomics research methods of the newly established atherosclerosis (AS) rat model of primary lesions: aortic and myocardial total protein, made a detailed study. Difference spectra of normal rats and AS rat aorta and myocardial protein. Analysis and identification of differences in protein expression AS disease formation. Foam cells is a characteristic pathological cells in atherosclerotic plaque, the work on the basis of the the AS difference in protein research further study macrophage-derived foam cells phosphorylated protein spectra preliminary clarify identified phosphorylated protein in the the AS lesion formation and proliferation of cells in the mechanism. In addition, this study established a packet extracted from human liver tissue protein research platform, able to extract most of the protein in the human liver tissue to date and the extracted proteins were identified by mass spectrometry. Finally, the gel separation of protein solution after enzymatic hydrolysis technology platform, the method of the peptide recovery rate increased to 90%, and this method can be very convenient with other methods such as Western blot combination is expected to become a translator modified protein analysis and practical platform. Specifically described below. (A). Coronary heart disease (Coronary Heart Disease, CHD) called the coronary atherosclerosis (Atherosclerosis, AS) heart disease. The high mortality caused great harm to the human being called a human killer. Widespread concern for the AS pathogenesis looking for effective prevention and treatment of drug, but AS pathological mechanism is still not very clear, the traditional means of molecular biology is difficult to make a comprehensive analysis of a variety of disease-causing proteins of the AS. For an in-depth study of the pathogenesis of AS, the research work by intraperitoneal injection of vitamin D 3 combination fed a high fat diet induced rat systemic AS lesions rat AS model, and lead to coronary and other organs vascular lesions, AS a result of organ lesions provides a reliable model of pathology. Comparisons of normal rats and AS rat aortic and myocardial difference in proteomics. Using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis separation of normal rats and the AS rat aorta and myocardium total protein, colloidal Coomassie Lan G-250 staining, GS-800 gel scanner to obtain the gel image and PDQUEST software for image analysis. 1878 ± 100 protein spots detected in normal rats and the AS rat aortic bidirectional gel Figure
