In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the \In the new rural construction in the context of this study, the National Social Science Fund Project \and expand information technology in improving the effectiveness of the quality of rural life, and ultimately to achieve the common development of both the Chinese government to develop practical rural development strategy and policy information technology has a very important significance. This paper studies information technology at home and abroad on research and quality of life, based on empirical research findings, information on the quality of life in rural areas have a positive influence, in which the political and economic development of the most obvious effects; while the role of information technology in rural areas quality of life, the coordinated development of the content, including political and economic, economy and society, society and culture, culture and environment, the direct path between the most significant. First, this paper presents research questions, specifically includes two aspects; First, the rural information technology factors and the relationship between the quality of rural life factor analysis; Second, the role of information technology coordination between the various elements of quality of life in developing relations analysis. Secondly, this paper uses empirical research methods, using SPSS statistical analysis tool, the first of the sample data preprocessing, through scale reliability and validity analysis to evaluate the quality scale; In the basic analysis results are reasonable, based on the selected structure equation model algorithm, using AMOS model validation tools to identify and improve the model. Most hypothesis is confirmed, but there are some hypothesis is rejected. Finally, this study shows that information on the quality of rural life does have a significant influence. For practical purposes the government should take this opportunity to give full play to improve the government's macro-management of information technology, the rational allocation of resources construction; played the leading role of information technology market, for farmers to increase their consumption levels while upgrading; strengthening education and medical information reference , protect the farmers from the fundamental physical and mental development; using information technology to enhance the level of supply in rural areas, cultural resources, and create a harmonious rural culture. Overall, the study of rural areas for construction and application of information technology has a certain significance.
