Abstract


Higher education is an important way for countries to cultivate high-quality expertise , the college classroom is the main front of the train future social talents . Culture sanity is the mission of education to achieve all-round development of the people , people becomes a man , is the ultimate goal of education . Traditional educational concepts and methods , teachers are generally more concerned about the shortcomings and deficiencies of the student's efforts in the make up of the student vulnerable to be far greater than the superior forces of the development of the students , which easily lead to neglect of students ' personality characteristics , inhibiting the individual nature development. Positive psychology is oriented to digging themselves positive qualities and inner potential to stimulate the inherent advantage play a positive force for individual , to realize the value of self - discipline . In this study, by the definition of the concept of positive classroom environment , positive psychology, philosophy , harmonious communication theory , group dynamics theory and goal-oriented theory based on a literature review , questionnaire comprehensive discovery and analysis in the classroom environment the main issues and the need to build a positive classroom environment , learn from the advanced experience of the construction of a positive classroom environment at home and abroad , proposed to build a positive classroom environment factors and build strategy . The construction of a positive classroom environment should seize the two main classroom teaching process : teachers and students , and both teachers and the exchange of by strengthening positive mood among students and teachers experience , \emotional sense of security \Construction the positive psychology under the guidance of the classroom environment , try to allow the individual to become a practitioner of happiness , respect for the individual 's life and existence in the field of education , to focus on the individual's inner world , the importance of human values ??and meaning , as the ultimate self-realization target , in order to provide a set of possible options for the deep-level research universities positive classroom environment .
