Abstract


The salicylic acid and the polyamines are endogenous signal members in plants, they have important physiological function in plant. The polyamines are a kind of low molecular fatty group nitrogenous base. They have a close relationship with the synthesis, the organ differentiation, the membrane stability and the endogenous hormone balance. They were reported to have various effects on germination, blossoming, fruit set, differentiation of flower bud, sex expression, fruit growth, root system formation and resistance. The salicylic acid also help to plant’s many physiological process like producing the heat, and also may enhance the plant the resistance. They have a close relationship with the synthesis, the organ differentiation, the membrane stability and the endogenous hormone balance. They were reported to have various effects on germination, blossoming, fruit set, differentiation of flower bud, sex expression, fruit growth, root system formation and resistance. The salicylic acid and the polyamines have the similar function in the plant growth and the fruit growth process, but whether do they affect each other while they regulate fruit tree growth or regulate each other biosynthesis, these questions not yet so clear, the domestic and foreign report in this aspects rarely seen, based on this, this experiment use the material - pear, to research salicylic acid and the polyamines content change, and their interaction. Through the research, for the purpose of promulgating the fruit tree growth thoroughly the biochemistry mechanism, for in studies the salicylic acid and the polyamine signal extension at the molecular level. Results as folows:1. A benzoylation ultraviolet examination method is suitable ADC extracts for slightly assumes the acidic (pH6.3) 50mmol/L phosphate buffer solution system, determines the ADC active reaction system is pH7.5 Tris HCI buffer solution.2. The salicylic acid can obviously enhance endogene polyamines the content, but polyamines content peaks are different3. In the leaf disk experiment, SA treatment enhangce the ADC activity 2 hours later, and the effects on ODC was 6hous later. ADC response time is ahead of ODC.4. The salicylic acid obviously enhanced Put and the Spd content in the field test, but the salicylic acid is not remarkable to the Spm content.5. SA has the obvious effect on ADC, but not obviously to the ODC. PAO activity is low before beginning of July, in late July activity rise is quick.6. Along with the processing salinity rise, ADC activity obvious rise, but when salinity too high (200, 300nmol/L) the enzyme activity no longer rises .The ODC did not change lot..7. The TGase activity changes along with the processing salinity rise, when salinity is too high (200, 300nmol/L) activitys has the drop slightly. The same as PAO activity.8. The free Put, Spd and unknow the polyamine X content obvious rise at low concentration salt treatment, and the same as band polyamine.9. To enhance the salt-resistence, SA promotes Put to Spd and the PAx transformation, then causes free state f(Spd+PAx)/fPut rise.
