Abstract


Chinese traditional frog dermatoglyphic pattern is one of the pattern which been pay attention to in the nation pattern history, it was the one which is experienced the longest period of time; been used in most wildly range; has most nation functions and with strongest nationality at the age of it inherit and developing. The appearance of frog dermatoglyphic pattern in today which clearly identifies it not by accidentally, it has cohesion national religion and concept of inherit which perfectly combined with history. This paper researches deeply on it to conclude one link in Chinese national appreciation of beauty interest, by searching frog dermatoglyphic original sample, which gives us some good advices and nurture in today’s design use. We can clearly see from frog dermatoglyphic pattern use in modern design, even through the old traditional concept has been passed from today’s industry, but in the crash between new modern concept and traditional ideas, traditional frog dermatoglyphic has some change with passing day, today’s frog dermatoglyphic pattern has it new faces to represent its new century identity, specialize in its gigantic affection in national art modeling. Even through frog dermatoglyphic pattern has became dim with its appearance of totem, but follow with its new life has more ability to show the Chinese national new century culture, shows the national lucky concept use in modern design format. At the same time, when searching for the use of it in modern design business, we should accommodate us in today’s environmental thinking mode. When analysis the change process of frog dermatoglyphic pattern, we should have use modern visual language and feeling, to come up with relevant design art, follow up to give more plentiful national culture and national connotation, and use to explain in relevant example photos, adopt comply with century development’s visual to have macro view to relevant problems, which gives more deeply on the status of use and inherit on frog dermatoglyphic pattern.
