Abstract


Wei jin northern and southern dynasties JiaGuan widely exists in the historical texts, this JiaGuan, and officials in this officer is different, it is in the outside, plus the office officer this much for fake JiaGuan office, there is no real power. An important part of it as the official system, had appeared in the qin dynasty at the latest. Qin and han dynasties, JiaGuan many types except in the page, often waits, scattered on the often serve and for things at home and abroad, such as in the other, xu a surname, etc, please also can serve as JiaGuan.During hundreds of years of evolution to the Wei, Jin and Southern Dynasties, the official promotion system has been a great development, which is exhibited in an increase in the official promotion of the objects is more extensive and type of official promotion. Sijung, the special into Sanjichangshi and Decadence these four official promotion to become the main several JiaGuan type. Special to official care products is higher than the other official promotion, it is generally not easily add to the officials, and also this so special to into only been Rongchong the significance, it can not be used as the official itself does not have the actual rights. Attract, Sanjichangshi and Decadence three official promotion to the Southern Dynasties period may already have a sense of hierarchy, officials usually gets which one or both of the official promotion, or even three official promotion. This three official promotion also can be used as the official, plus three official, officials will have their official powers.This paper mainly discusses the southern dynasty song, qi, liang and Chen dynasties four JiaGuan situation, find out as much as possible in the history of JiaGuan personnel, through the analysis of their research, concluded that why they JiaGuan and JiaGuan later interests, clear JiaGuan to had obvious hierarchy in the southern dynasty, officials when add some officer all have certain rules, in addition, after JiaGuan, officials in his salary, political status, courtesy treatment has apparent change.
