Abstract


Since the reform and opening, China’s economy has rapidly grown at nearly10%of the average annual growth rate. At the same time, Chinese workers’compensation does not increase at the same proportion as the domestic economic growth. Chinese workers" compensation is lower. The essay first analyzes the status of Chinese workers’compensation by descriptive statistical analysis. The conclusion is that workers’compensation is lower. And it analyzes a series of socio-economic problems caused by low workers’compensation.Then discusses the reasons for the low workers’compensation in China, by theoretical analysis and empirical research from aggregate demand and economic development strategic perspective,to come to a conclusion that export-oriented economic development strategy for stimulating economic growth inhibits the domestic demand and the improvement of workers’compensation. And it analyzes the pathway to depress the workers compensation under the export-oriented economic development strategy.Finally, the essay discusses the impact of China’s exports fell by the economic crisis, affecting economic growth. The net export of an important part of GDP appeared to glide badly. China’s economic development strategy needs to shift export-led economic growth to the expansion of domestic demand to promote economic growth. It provides the pathways to improve China workers’compensation.Therefore, the increase in workers’compensation based on this economic growth mode transformation, when the world economy occurred significant adjustments and changes, to be able to keep China’s economy over a longer period of steady rapid growth.
