Abstract


This paper mainly discusses the relationship of the Yanbian area junior high school teachers teaching the ability to reflect teachers’ professional development.In the context of a comprehensive reform of basic education teachers’ professional quality of the new requirements and the professional autonomy of teachers to become teachers’ professional development of teachers the ability to reflect is urgent and necessary, and therefore to carry out the teachers teaching the ability to reflect and teachers’ professional development is of great significance.In this paper, the use of meta-cognitive theory, constructivist theory, implicit theories of knowledge and teaching the theory of reflection, teacher professional development content theory, stage theory of teachers’ professional development, teacher growth theory, the theory of the professional development of teachers to carry out the study. Yanbian area junior high schools serving full-time teachers for the sample overall, the use of cluster sampling, selected15junior high schools456teachers in this study. Use of literature, survey, statistics and comparative law, the Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the level of the status quo; Yanbian area junior high school level status of the professional development of teachers; Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect and professional development of teachers in general the relevant circumstances; Yanbian area junior high school teachers teaching the ability to reflect the specific situation of teachers’ professional development; Finally, according to reveal the junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the strategies and recommendations.Study to draw the following conclusions:(1) the Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the overall level of inspection and evaluation capacity slightly better ability to plan the worst. Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the performance of a certain group characteristics, the most prominent in the region, the type of teachers, professional development stage difference significant, but there was no difference in gender and ethnicity.(2) the Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ professional development level in general close to the high professional level of affective development, and somewhat less of the expertise level of development. Yanbian area junior high school teachers’ professional development level of the performance of a certain group characteristics, and different geographical, gender, type of professional development phase of the level of teachers’ professional development differences significant, but different ethnic teachers’ professional development junior high school level was no significant difference.(3) junior high school teachers teaching the ability to reflect to a significant impact and promote their professional development. Professional affection, less impact on the professional knowledge. Teaching the ability to reflect on the impact of the professional development of junior middle school teachers show a certain group characteristics and performance in the region, gender, type of teachers, professional development stage.(4) teaching reflect on organizational practices can significantly affect the teaching of junior high school teachers the ability to reflect, open organizational practice teaching the ability to reflect on the junior high school teachers than the traditional practice. Teaching reflect on individual practice can significantly affect the teaching of junior high school teachers the ability to reflect, vertical reflection and study of junior high school teachers teaching the ability to reflect the greatest impact, individual reflection and practice of junior high school teachers teaching the ability to reflect. Teaching the ability to reflect on the impact of the junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the performance of the phase characteristics.According to the results proposed in this paper with three recommendations:(1) junior high school teachers’ ability to reflect the impact of professional development and promote the role of revelation in the teachers’ professional development process, attention should be paid to the ability of teachers’ reflection.(2) the general characteristics and specific characteristics of the junior high school teachers ’ability to reflect, teacher professional development, teaching the ability to reflect teachers’ professional development related to the revelation of teachers the ability to reflect and promote the professional development of teachers should be individualized, and the time.(3) teaching reflective practice of teachers teaching the ability to reflect the impact of revelation we should give full play to the common role of the school led and teachers, subject teachers’ reflective practice.
