Abstract


To strengthen the ruling party status of CPC, maintaining close ties between the government and the people is needed. In 1994, Mr. Jiang Zemin made it clear that Party-masses relations is a basic political issue which concerns Party’s experiences, lessons and its life-and-death. With the establishment of socialistic market economy system, social class is divided as well as the CPC’s Class Foundation and Popular Support are changed. Then, building a new the Party-masses Relations is an urgent problem facing CPC. The thesis focuses on maintaining close the Party-masses Relations’construction under social class divisions, and it is from three major aspects, such as heightening the function of interest coordination, perfecting the mechanism of avoiding conflict of interest and strengthening culture construction, in order to provide a valuable revelation on the construction of maintaining close ties between the government and the people.
