Abstract


With the progress of society and the development of the times, the network becomes moreand more popular and plays an important role in modern society. The network has a great impacton ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Since the traditional explicitideological and political education can not meet the development requirements in moderneducation, there is an urgent need of implicit ideological and political education to promote andfetch up the disadvantages of traditional explicit ideological and political education in college.The network just adapts to this need.This paper tries to explore implicit ideological and politicaleducation in colleges and universities under the network environment, hoping to propose relatedmeasures to promote the role of implicit ideological and political education in colleges and makethe ideological and political education develop better to realize educational purposes throughanalysis of the problems and reasons of implicit ideological and political education in Collegeunder the network environment. This paper interprets from the following three aspects:Part I: the analysis of related concepts. Knowing clear related concept, especially theconcept of universities implicit ideological and political education, is helpful for colleges anduniversities to work better. First of all, it is necessary to clear the relationship between explicitideological and political education and implicit ideological and political education. Then thispaper introduces the definitions, characteristics and functions of implicit ideological and politicaleducation in colleges and universities. At last, it analyzes the meaning of carrying on implicitideological and political education in colleges and universities under network background.Part II: The analysis of problems that exist in College implicit ideological and politicaleducation from the network perspective and the causes. Although the ideological and politicaleducation in colleges and universities is an urgent need for the implicit ideological and politicaleducation to play a complementary role, universities implicit ideological and political educationstill has some issues in a network environment, It is necessary to analyze the problems and thereasons for these issues and to propose targeted measures in order to protect universities implicitideological and political education under real network vision to achieve the desired effect.In the implementation of the implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the implicit ideological and political education resources is insufficient. And the implicitideological and political education method lags behind. The leading role of educators do notobtain attention. All of these problems are mainly due to the lack of knowledge, the lag oftheoretical research and the absence of relevant protection mechanisms.Part III: The specific measures of implementing universities implicit ideological andpolitical education from the network perspective. According to the problems and causes ofuniversities implicit ideological and political education from the network perspective in thesecond part, the third part attempts to propose targeted measures in order to make universitiesimplicit ideological and political education play a better role. Firstly, to increase the developmentand utilization of implicit ideological and political education resources platform under thenetwork environment. The specific performance is to increase implicit resources developmentand utilization of the ideological and political education in the campus network itself, in thecurriculum resources and in practical activities inside and outside the campus. Secondly, tocombine the hot issues of the network as the starting point with the characteristics of implicitideological and political education of college students. Colleges and universities shouldunderstand the characteristics of college students in the Internet age and regard the networkpublic opinion hotspots as an entry point to implement implicit ideological and politicaleducation. Colleges and universities should also make good use of network events to implementimplicit ideological and political education. Finally, colleges and universities should make properguidance and education evaluation to implicit ideological and political, mainly through theestablishment of universities implicit ideological and political education system andorganizational security mechanism, building a harmonious teacher-student relationship of trustand properly handling the explicit and implicit ties.
