Abstract


Agriculture, rural areas and farmers has been the relationship between the party and the people, the cause of the development of global and fundamental issues. The Party Plenum made a major strategic decision of building a new socialist countryside, which is a major strategic plan of the CPC Central Committee made by starting to implement the scientific concept of development, building a socialist harmonious society global Developed by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the building of a new socialist countryside views clearly, to strengthen legal construction in rural areas, carry out legal education in rural areas, improve the farmers to exercise their rights in accordance with the law and fulfill the obligations of their consciousness. \to raise farmers' awareness of the law as the basic link to strengthen legal construction in rural areas. Therefore, from a fundamental sense, the modernization of the farmers' awareness of the law is the key and core of the rule of law in rural areas. China is a large agricultural country with a population of 1.3 billion, the rural population accounts for 80% of the country's total population, China still mainly the issue of farmers, rural issues has always been the most basic problems in China. If only from the quantitative analysis, enhance farmers 'awareness of the law means to enhance the awareness of the universal law, from a qualitative analysis, whether raised farmers' awareness of the law related to the ability of building a socialist country under the rule of law in China. Can say \So cultivation of farmers' awareness of the law has a pivotal role to enhance the process of the rule of law in rural areas, and also has an important significance to speed up the construction of new rural farmers' legal awareness can promote the development of rural productivity, raise farmers' awareness of the law can be maintained social stability in rural areas, farmers' awareness of the law can achieve the goal of rural democracy. Although we recognize that a significant increase farmers 'awareness of the law, but from the whole, the status quo of China's farmers' awareness of the law is still very unsatisfactory, a serious impediment to the process of the rule of law in China's rural, a serious impediment to the building of a new socialist countryside. Especially after 25 years of universal legal work in the country, farmers' awareness of the law in China has not been particularly significant upgrade, more so that I had a keen interest in the study of the legal awareness of the farmers under the New Rural Construction.
