Abstract


Throughout the New China 30 years and 30 years after the reform and opening up, the overall development and the reality of the rule of law in China out of a difficult and tortuous, significant achievements and unique path of development. Based on the completion of the rule of law in order out of chaos, the gradual establishment of the strategic objectives of the rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law \The scientific concept of development, provides an important theoretical weapon for the socialist rule of law. It is aimed at the value proposition of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics, and wake up the innovation gene of Chinese characteristics and the rule of law, the development of a whole new perspective with Chinese characteristics and the rule of law. Facing the new century, Chinese characteristics and the rule of law to carry out the scientific concept of development, as the threshold of great theoretical value and profound practical significance. In the way of development, \Theoretical guidance, the scientific concept of development is the latest theoretical achievements of Marxism in China, and all-round guide the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the rule of law. In the real role of depth implement the scientific concept of development, accelerate the basic strategy of governing the country according to law and the legal construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an urgent requirement. This study is divided into four parts. Is the introduction of the first part (Chapter 1) introduces the purpose and significance of the topic, research status, research content and research methods; second part (Chapter 2), since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up Chinese characteristics and context of the development of the rule of law carding system, and then summarize some of the problems existing in the construction of the great success achieved by the rule of law and the rule of law. The third part (Chapter 3) describes the scientific concept of development, as the threshold with Chinese characteristics under the rule of law, the rule of law, \\The fourth part (Chapter 4) describes the scientific development concept to guide the practical significance of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics, is an urgent need to enhance the party's ability to govern and the governance level, is an inevitable requirement for building a socialist country ruled by law, harmonious rule of law internal requirements, is an important manifestation of the people are the masters. Part V (Chapter 5) conclusion and discussion is a summary of the full text and theoretical generalization.
