Abstract


Teachers teaching students skills to become a qualified teacher must have the basic quality of teachers teachers implementing and controlling the whole process of teaching the basic skills, in teaching the successful completion of a series of effective teaching objectives behavior. The quality of teaching ability of teachers will directly affect the effectiveness of teaching. Currently in the international arena has been widely recognized teaching skills training approach is micro-teaching, it is normal students in classroom training capacity has a decent effect. So study how microteaching training and improving normal students' teaching ability, as soon as possible and normal students switch roles between prospective teachers to adapt to society, the state, education, work units and individuals own development needs, is the Higher Normal School Schools need to realize their responsibility for education and problems to be solved. However, the use of micro-teaching skills training for teaching methods or forms of organization at the request of various different, but either variant final evaluation results are based on whether to raise the normal students teaching skills as a standard.
