Abstract


The21st century is the era of network economy, computers and networks has entered everyone’s daily work and life, become an important and indispensable tool. Network of financial reporting and the disclosure of the rapid development model emerged for the release of financial information, transmission, collection and analysis has brought great convenience. However, due to lack of appropriate norms and standards, these networks are not uniform financial reporting format, reducing the effectiveness of financial information network, and even limit the further development of Internet Financial Reporting. Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is such a standard network of financial reporting standards. It is the first by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and immediately made a flourish, now has become the network of financial reporting technology trends.This paper first introduces the significance of the system, and application status. Extensible Business Reporting Language; study in the second chapter of our network financial report to disclose the status quo, to reveal the problems and analysis of survey data; accordingly in the subsequent discussion illustrates the opportunity for the development of XBRL in China, and the value of the XBRL applications to demonstrate its practical feasibility of our applications; the development of things are always interlinked, and then from the perspective of the industry to discuss the application of XBRL in China will bring some of the effects.The significance of this system is that the system uses the XBRL features, automatically extract data from XBRL documents, the financial information query and analysis. This system can be customized financial information, financial information, and personalized display for users of financial information and related personnel.
