Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China in various aspects of the socio-economic maintain faster better development , at the same time we are also faced with the problems and challenges of the various aspects of technological innovation and the employment relationship is a critical problem . Technological innovation and employment there is a close relationship between almost all scholars admit , but the specific impact of technological innovation on the employment total but not conclusive , some think that there is a positive role , and some think that the negative effects . This article will attempt to use China 's macroeconomic data on an empirical analysis of the impact of the reform and opening up 30 years of technology innovation on total employment , and analyze the empirical results appear to start from the specific impact mechanism of technological innovation on employment . The first research on the theory of technological innovation , employment theory and technological innovation with the employment relationship between the mechanism studied in detail , and then expounded the concept of technological innovation , the meaning of the types and elements , as well as employment , unemployment types and factors affect employment , followed in the draw on the research of others based on analysis of the impact of technological innovation on employment mechanism , described in detail the mechanism of technological innovation job creation and destruction mechanisms as well as the impact of technological innovation on employment structure . The fourth part of the article provides a brief overview of technological innovation and employment status , pointed out that China's current technological innovation , particularly the lack of product innovation , as well as the employment situation is grim situation and other issues . Followed by the use of three decades of reform and macro data do an empirical analysis of China 's technological innovation and employment relations , found that after the economic reforms in the 1980s , along with technology innovation , employment increased significantly , but the empirical results of the regression analysis affect the conclusion of a strong negative effect of technological innovation on employment . Then later in the article section explores China 's technological innovation combined effect on employment is negative cause serious structural unemployment compensation mechanism of technological innovation has not been a good play . Finally, the combination of the actual situation of policies and measures to promote the coordinated development of technological innovation and employment .
