Abstract


Speech synthesis machine and human voice communication is an important component , but also the important part of the voice communication system , with the development of digital signal processing technology and communication technology , semiconductor technology , and computer technology , a variety of speech synthesis method have been developed , but the quality of the synthesized speech and speech database capacity is less than ideal . This article presents a voice the Pinyin synthesis method based on the G.729 standard with a synthesis of high quality , tone and small storage capacity required . Thesis, the the G.729 standard algorithms provided by the International Telecommunication Union . This algorithm is based on the principle , the the Pinyin synthesis design . Simulation of the main algorithm of the G.729 protocol , including protocol encoding algorithm used to compress the sound library ; decoding algorithm , speech synthesis and underwater voice communication system implementations . Most of the contents of the transmission of this system are commands, reports, do not need to retain too far to the speaker's characteristics such as timbre , tone information is only required to have higher clarity and intelligibility of the received speech , the speaker can truly reflect semantics. The underwater voice communication system , the transmitter can be voice recognition technology to convert voice messages into text messages ; receiving end speech synthesis technology, text-to- speech conversion . In addition, the article also completed the construction of the rate of speech intonation of voice regulation law and small vocabulary speech synthesis systems . Subjectively by the speech synthesis system in listening tests , the results show that its reconstruction of the voice is clear and legible , the naturalness of the synthetic speech quality is better, and the algorithm of moderate complexity , suitable for small underwater voice communication system .
