Abstract


Along with the development of economic globalization, the modern enterprises face more complex environment and business risk. How to ensure the stability of the business? How to guarantee enterprises comply with relevant laws and regulations? Internal control can help an entity achieve its performance and profitability targets, and prevent loss of resources. And it can help ensure that the enterprise complies with laws and regulations, avoiding damage to its reputation and other consequences. With the quickening of the process of legalization and the intensifying of enterprise competition, the enterprise can obtain lasting achievement only by improving the internal control system. As a multinational cooperation, BSS group has its operations all over the world, and also faces many management problems. BSS need to borrow successful experiences and effective practices in order to improve management levels and get to where it wants to go.This paper consists of four sections, using the criterion research method. The first section is the introduction, mainly includes a general description about background, the present research status at home country and abroad, study method and the basic writing framework. The second section firstly introduces the development process of internal control from a historical perspective, and then discusses the effects of US Sarbanes-Oxley Act(SOX) and Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework (ERM) respectively. Such discussions pave the way for related theoretical and practical issues in BSS. The third section is mainly about BSS’s general information and its internal control status, analyzes the source of the problems based on the current enterprise’s internal control system. Finally this paper demonstrates the possibility of applying ERM in BSS, and make some constructive proposals on how to improve the internal control of BSS.
