Abstract


Through the economic system technology system reform, SME and gradually formed a cluster group , and gradually evolved into a full range of technological innovation -based innovation subject , has the characteristics of its own , making it absorb and transform high-tech the outcome of the most effective vehicle for improving regional independent innovation capability and technological progress is of great significance . SME for promoting the economic development pattern and building an innovation -oriented society an important force , it appears an enterprise presents an unprecedented new situation , and that is a direct scientific and technological achievements into productive forces , it markets through independent research and exchange of resources , making high-tech products continue to flood the market , continue to penetrate , which evolved into a huge social and economic benefits , the SME to become a new growth point of national economy at the same time , Heilongjiang Province, the rapid development of SME also caused the community and local government wide attention , to develop technology-based SMEs for the economic development of Heilongjiang provincial Development and implementation of science and education strategy has far-reaching significance. Therefore, Heilongjiang Province SME growth model study has very important significance. Heilongjiang Province SME how to choose their own mode of growth , how to achieve sustainable development of enterprises , so as to drive the rapid economic development in Heilongjiang Province is the most important issue. In this paper, the meaning of SME , and expounds SME growth patterns and growth pattern of the basic theory, analysis of the impact of Heilongjiang Province SME growth factors, both external and internal factors .
