Abstract


The rapid development of network science and technology, are profoundly changes the world, also the political socialization of netizens has far-reaching influence. Since from human into the political society, political socialization is ruling class, in the inheritance political culture, political system shape political and maintain an important political process. On the network environment, the netizen political socialization, not only in traditional sense, and obtained the development in its field, methods and means industry got extension and, this is a kind of brand-new political socialization mode and concept, is political socialization development and innovation of a new trend. Internet users can use the Internet for the rich political information, develop patriotic enthusiasm.This paper compares other groups in the political socialization problem, combining sociology and politics after the knowledge, and USES the qualitative analysis and contrast research method, first expounded the Internet and netizens, then the meaning and characteristic of the meaning of political socialization of Internet users on the Internet, and analyzes the general characteristics of political socialization. The author not only see the Internet give users the opportunities brought by political socialization, also sees the Internet to netizens negative influence of political socialization. Papers at last, according to the Internet users of political socialization, this paper respectively from the negative influence of network to create a good political environment, strengthen the mainstream media website construction, improve the network security, improve technical means for political information network monitor to accelerate, improving the Internet legislation to strengthen the construction of political culture under the network environment, construction has characteristics of political web site, propaganda mainstream political culture education activities actively carry out online political aspects such as proposed combining Internet under the network environment of the development of political socialization regulating measures.Hope that through this topic research, can under the network environment, the influence of political socialization, users and the countermeasures of innovation and development to provide some theoretical basis and method for reference, to the extent that the correct guidance of political action, and to make the Internet a better understand the national civil China’s political culture.
