Abstract


The new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers. has been gradually attention paid, but the comparative lack of ways to solve; the other hand, facing with dwindling students and increasing competitive pressure, TV education is necessary to trasform. No matter from which side, it is imperative for TV to involve in the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers. from this perspective,This article explains the feasibility and necessity for the new generation of TV education in post-qualification education of migrant workers, and concludes with a strategies of learning from corresponding.This paper is divided into four chapters, Chapter 1 is Introduction part of this paper. It is mainly to define important concepts and the origin of writing the article; Chapter 2 mainly analyzes the status of education with the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers; Chapter 3 mainly focuses on the necessity and feasibility analysis about TV involving in the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers; Chapter 4 is to propose three main strategic analysis of TV involving in the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers.Introduction part of Chapter 1 is divided into six parts: the first defines the concept, the main chapter is important to define and analyze for the generation of migrant workers and post-qualification education; the second part mainly explaines this study and source of ideas and research on the premise; the third part is the literature review, it primarily introduces previous research results and important basis; the fourth part is the significance of this study, it includes theoretical and practical significance; the fifth part is the research methods used in this study, it includes law and literature survey method; the sixth part is innovation of this paper, it is relatively little research and strategy that TV involving in the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers , this is the innovation of this paper.Chapter 2 mainly analyzes the status of education with the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers.the first generation of migrant workers described the importance of post-qualification education, treatment of the new generation of migrant workers not only from the post-qualification education of migrant workers and enterprises, as I domain to look at more from the state and national perspective, the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers is a matter of national development and national prosperity of the foundation. Second, outlined in today’s society for the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers exist in universal, whether business or educational institution or individual generation of migrant workers, there is a variety of problems and shortcomings, they will make new generation of education of migrant workers struggling. Finally, from the government, regulatory, educational institutions and migrant workers to their own point of view of the four root causes of the problem. we analyzes the new generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers cause of the problem,From two aspects , Chapter 3 mainly analyzes TV education for migrant workers in the new generation of post-qualification education. First, feasibility analysis, TV education do not have advantages with other educational institutions.while the educational needs of the new generation of migrant workers can only TV education to meet a greater extent; followed by the need to analyze, TV have to change for facing a critical situation of education, the declining share in the city, you need to find a new rural development point, or TV will be difficult to compete with other educational institutions. Both need the same time feasible, the new generation of TV education in post-qualification education of migrant workers is imperative.Chapter 4 is mainly involved in education for the TV generation of post-qualification education of migrant workers proposed three strategies, of course, these three strategies, strategies for the urban industrial communities working in the city’s new generation of migrant workers; strategy for rural workers to remain in the source working in rural areas or about to join the tide of the new generation of migrant workers; comprehensive strategy is comprehensive of both worlds, both the loss of correction to change the use of open educational TV network covering the whole country to build a truly new generation of migrant workers education network, you can make new generation of migrant workers to receive education at any heart.
