Abstract

State general administration of sports, the ministry of education have jointly issued“the notice about developing the national youth campus football activity”, at the meeting of the national youth campus football work in Beijing in two thousand and nine. Through developing the campus football activity in the national big, middle and primary school widely, finally forming the campus football culture, to cultivate those youth football reserved talented person who are all-round development and specialty prominent. In the process of having been started the national youth campus football activity more than one year formally, in which appeared the new situation, the new methods summarized and evaluated , which is useful to make the youth campus football activity of developed plan and implementation scheme, better promote the youth campus football activity of promotion and implementation in nationwide.Carrying out campus football activities, both must adapting local economic development and the development of undertakings of physical culture, and closely combining the current situation of campus football activity, starting from local conditions, the campus football activity is promoted forward development by adjusting measures to local conditions, steadily.This research regards the schools which carry out campus football activity, in Shijiazhuang as the research object, and survey the physical education teachers, classes and their parents who are belonged to layout campus football of the school (including 30 elementary school and 16 middle school), and statistically analyze the, teaching situation of teachers, the title structure, and other factors, as well as classes and their parents of cognitive situation to football game. The paper through statistics the“campus football league game”situation, to grasp the accurate data information, and analyze and reach beneficial experiences and the deficiency in the process of implementing the“campus football”activities, to find carrying out it of restricting factors, and summarize, evaluate the problems of it, finally, to come up with reasonable and effective policy according to actual situation of the elementary school and middle school in Shijiazhuang, to provided scientific basis for government department making decision.Through the research shows that there are problems in the process of carrying out campus football activities in Shijiazhuang city as follow:1、The football teachers who belong to the schools which layout“campus football”activity are poor in the overall business level, mainly showing that lack of knowledge structure in exercise training aspect, that professional knowledge and technology about football are not enough, that football teaching ability should be further enhanced.2、The parents of classes are not enough to acknowledge“campus football activity”,and there is a deviation in cognition about the relationship between study and exercise. 3、The primary and middle school students who joined campus football sports are lower at overall level, and are not enough for the football sport, and be lack of information about campus football sports, besides, the information dissemination channel is more one fold.4、It does not reach the designated position for carrying out“campus football”in the key school, and the perfect hardware facilities and the teachers resources are not to good use in the campus football promotion.According to the existent problems in the process of carrying out campus football activity, put forward corresponding countermeasures:1、Build good social atmosphere, strengthen the cooperation between“campus football”and the new media, propaganda often“campus football”information to the public, widen football dissemination of information channel, improve society for the football sport understanding degree.2、dealing well with the relationship between sports and education, arranging learning and training time reasonably, middle and elementary school students should regard the grades as the premise, then should participate in football sports reasonably.3、The leaders of layout school should improve the football teachers team of construction constantly, and put carrying out the campus football activity situation into the system of school evaluation,and create a good environment for teaching work.4、The physical education teachers should pay attention to their professional knowledge learning and accumulation, and put the training work into practice actively, meanwhile, enhance their teaching ability.5、The campus football leadership team should enhance the management work of laying out football sports school, and pay attention to exchange with education department usually, in view of the problems in the process of carrying out campus football activities, to establish scientific activity supervision system. Strengthen coach of business ability; build up good experience communication platform.6、The system and market mechanism develop coordinately, absorbing social power from many aspects, to ensure campus football activity development smoothly.
