Abstract


The enterprise core competitive power is a competitive force which forms on the foundation of enterprise knowledge, culture and skills and meets with the external environment and enterprise organizational structure, and it is an enterprise ability which adapts to market change and is not easily imitated by competitors in enterprise production value chain activities. With the economic globalization and rapid development of China, the financial crisis causes more influence on the enterprise, so enterprise core competitive power plays an invaluable role against the dangers of financial crisis. To study enterprise core competitive power has important significance for the development of Chinese enterprises in the financial crisis.Firstly, this paper describes the characteristics of the financial crisis and the major impact on the enterprises, some theories of enterprise core competitive power. Secondly, the paper analyzes the main measures to promote the enterprise core competitive power in the financial crisis. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes the index system to evaluate enterprise core competitive power. The index system makes valuable explore on the enterprise core competitive power mainly from technical skills, managerial ability, financial factors, human resources factors, marketing capability, value concept system, and so on. What’s more, the paper establishes evaluation mathematics model of enterprise core competitive power with the comprehensive evaluation method, and then taking Delicious Group for example to make illustrative introduction on the core competitive power and verify the rationality and feasibility of enterprise core competitive power evaluation system. Finally, according to evaluation and research conclusion, the paper further proposes some advice to promote the enterprise core competitive power. I hope that the paper has certain guidance and reference to evaluate and promote enterprise core competitive power in financial crisis and the market economy environment.
