Abstract

Objective:To investigate the association between the polymorphism of GNB3gene G814A、C825T single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and essential hypertension(EH) in Korean and Han nationality in Yanbian Province,China. Methods:The genomic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood of594peoples in Yanbian Region SNaPshot methods were used to detect the G814A、C825T polymorphism of GNB3gene in Korean nationality including146patients with EH and112normal controls. The same methods were used to in Han nationality including160patients with EH and176normal controls. The frequencies of genotype distribution in Korean and Han nationality of essential hypertension in Yanbian were studied, and the relationship between the polymorphism of GNB3gene G814A、C825T and dyslipidemia levels in essential hypertensive Korean、Han nationality of Yanbian Province, China.Results;1. Korean nationality C825T:The distribution genotype frequencies of CC,CT and TT were83.10%,16.20%and8.80%in hypertension groups, and those in normal groups were85.71%,14.29%and O,respectively, which showed no significant difference(P>0.05);The allelic frequencies of C and T were91.20%,8.80%respectively in hypertension group and92.86%,7.14%in normal group. The allele frequencies of C/T were no significant differences to above data in two groups(P>0.05).2. Han nationality C825T:The distribution genotype frequencies of CC,CT and TT were86.71%,12.66%and0.63%in hypertension groups, and those in normal groups were87.50%,11.36%and1.14%, respectively, which showed no significant difference (P>0.05); the allelic frequencies of C and T were93.04%,6.96%respectively in hypertension group and93.18%,6.82%in normal group. The allele frequencies of C/T were no significant differences to above data in two groups(P>0.05).
