Abstract


Along with China 's economic and social development , urbanization wave rolling . Developed areas of the city are spread around the speed of space and expansion devouring the land of the village , in the outskirts of the city a neither belongs to the city do not belong to the transition of the rural community . The formation of the transitional community from the local government 's performance impulse , developed economic and cultural and social conditions also play an important role in the community-generated . The original intention of the transitional community in order to solve the problem of the resettlement of landless peasants , however, after a transitional community generated due to the effect of the push-pull effect , more and more mobile population into transitional communities , thus the two different types of transitional communities groups - landless peasants and migrant population . Their presence makes the transition community governance exhibit distinctive characteristics .
