Abstract

Since 1999 the Chinese government to implement the college enrollment policy, all colleges and universities in general large-scale investment expansion, as much as some college investment amounting to several hundred million dollars. Some schools extravagant, the campus built far beyond the basic conditions and standard of undergraduate teaching evaluation in Higher Education, triggering a vicious replenishment. On the other hand, the government invested a serious shortage in the structure of university funding sources, the proportion of financial funds declined year by year, resulting in the colleges and universities have to bank loans, and the path to liability operates. Arose a contradiction: that as a non-profit organization of colleges and universities in theory seems there is no over-investment, over-investment of our colleges and universities, however, has become a fact obvious and increasingly prominent, seriously impede the development of the college. This is a very worthy of attention and study, but academia is not one of the over-investment problem clearly, so this article as a starting point to research universities overinvestment, I hope you can make some valuable research for the early solve the problem Mianbaozhili. In this paper, the literature review, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combined comparative study method of system analysis and study of this problem. First, a breakthrough is difficult to find the right college theory case, the introduction of the theory of corporate stakeholders in the field of university research, build stakeholder theory of the college, including college stakeholders defined college stakeholders 's classification and the balance of interests of the university model.
