Abstract


"Digital Press" is a development strategy for traditional newspaper to by the impact of new media to choose.In the post-crisis era, the "digital press" highlighted the inevitability of growing its presence in China is gradually revealed. "Digital press" not only to give readers more rich content, but also the traditional newspaper industry to overcome the economic crisis and an effective means of achieving profitability. "Digital Press" strategy triggered a series of conceptual change, in which profit model is the transformation of one of its important elements.Traditional newspapers for several hundred years of development experience, both in western countries, or in our own country, the press is able to create brilliant in its development history, in the media competition in the market to maintain a strong long-term situation, and the press has a relatively mature, a stable business model are inseparable. However, the current, the traditional development challenges facing the newspaper industry, the main reason also lies in the profit model can not adapt to the media before the market changes. So, faced with the impact of new media for newspapers, the traditional press in the "digital press" in the process of changing the concept must be to carry out profit-making pattern changes.Explore the press’s traditional strengths and new technologies, new markets closely, as well as "digital press" profit-making model to explore is to press the digital transformation of one of the important issues.The article appears on the current crisis in the traditional newspaper and causes of the phenomenon of analyzing the number of newspapers at home and abroad and then sort out the rise of the road, and outlines the formation of digital logic of the press. Added that the implementation of the "digital press" will inevitably lead to the concept of change, that is, profit model transformation. The core of the article lies in the "digital press" profit models and other models to expand the search for profits, combined with case analysis. This section not only draw on research results of other researchers also injected the author’s efforts to carry out careful study. End, the article points out the nature of integration of digital media, newspapers, This is also one of this study, one of the starting point and ultimate goal:the aim of adopting the digital press to explore the profitability model, and thus learn by analogy to other forms of media convergence into.The article has taken on the introduction of the "digital press" media practitioners in-depth interviews and collection of relevant research methods literature, trying to press the digital model to explore the profitability of research.
