The theoretical thinking of a dominant trend in twenty-first Century the development of linguistics is language as human centered phenomenon. In the human centered disciplines, the main method to study the phenomenon of language is the various aspects to observe the individual characteristics, the heart of the emotional state, trying to find "people and language" and "the answer language and culture" problem. Therefore, the focus of research is the carrier of human consciousness and language, with complex inner world and the material world and their life has a certain attitude. Language is a mirror, a reflection of the different national social and cultural. It includes all the society has happened or is happening. Language reflects the emotion is human life, because any human activities are permeated his own feelings (human). The person's mood, emotion, mental activity is contradictory, they reflect the relationship between the human living environment and the diversity of people and the outside world. Idiom is the language treasure, is the crystallization of the formation process of the actual use of language in the long. People usually use of figurative language way to fully express emotion, or evaluating a thing or phenomenon. The idiom is one such language style. Idioms to add convincing speech, language of color and expressive force, they raised the language, let the words emotion more abundant. So, the idiom has become one of the research object of anthropocentrism is the most high. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the emotional state of idioms language chemical background, comparison of Chinese and Russian idioms of emotional state, personality and common two language, emotional state of idioms. The innovation of this paper lies in: first study of emotional state in Chinese and Russian Idioms from a human centered perspective and the perspective of national culture. This thesis consists of four parts: the preface narrated the selected topic reason, scholars have been on this topic, the urgency of research, research theory and practical significance, research object, research task and research methods. In the first chapter, the idioms as the object of study language, chemical analysis, expounds the relation between idioms, language, culture and the concept of the three. The second chapter expounds how to reflect the human emotional idioms, which the emotional state of humans to be reflected in idioms, idioms which elements and human emotion and closely related to the national culture. The third chapter is the comparison of Chinese and Russian idioms emotional state. In this chapter, we compare the idiom in the two languages of emotion, semantic, image, language world picture and the external form of language. The conclusion includes the main conclusions of this paper. In the literature the bibliography and the source of corpus. The conclusions of this paper are: to linguistic and cultural background, in the idiom idiom meaning and idioms prototype with national cultural color, reflect the national culture color helps idiom emotional color. Idioms reflect three kinds of human emotional state: negative weak emotion, positive emotion with emotion and other. As a unit of language, idioms through three ways to reflect the human emotional state: show human emotions directly, cause the recipient of emotional words, reflects the attitude to the outside world. Russian and Chinese idioms similar emotional state of emotion and shared by all humanity of language world picture. At the same time, there are emotional state idiom of the two languages with different: they're in the image, semantic, national culture, national language world picture and language forms are different.
