Abstract


China’s31provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the centralgovernment and the active duty population, live in the town’s population of665575306people, accounting for49.68%; living in a rural population of674149546people,accounting for50.32%. China as the world’s largest population of agriculture, ruralsociety is undergoing a historic great change, the present "village autonomy" socialmanagement system increasingly shows inadaptability, mainly for the villagers’participation is not high, public services, resources conformity, the shortage crisis ofcultural identity in social management old, rural social management system, cause thevillagers self-discipline is poor, lack of faith, reflecting the aspirations of unfair, groupevents have occurred, but the expansion trend, to a negative copy, to the innovation ofthe social management system in the countryside, the core problem of the constructionof a harmonious rural society is to improve the self-discipline.This paper consists of four parts, the first part introduces the background of thispaper, research purpose, theoretical significance, practical significance of the topic areelaborated; combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on theself-discipline; determine the basic frame of writing and the logic level; the maincontent of Jian Shuwen chapter uses with basic technical route, and puts forward the thepossible innovation.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the article. Focus on theanalysis of influence factors and and the role of the "self-discipline" the mechanism, the"self-discipline" meaning "self-discipline", analysis the factors and mechanism, firstly,analysis of social groups of self-discipline,"this particular group of villagers" throughthe analysis of factors; internal factors on self-discipline ability and external impactanalysis respectively. Emphasis on "mechanism of discipline"; combined with thebackground of rural social management innovation correlation analysis ofself-discipline and the villagers.The third part through field investigation, the basic situation of basic ruralvillagers’ behavior in Northwest Hubei self-discipline to survey questionnaire combinedwith interviews. Combined with our rural social management innovation background;basic construction research to rural villagers, self-discipline status, causes of thissituation and the existing problems; mechanism combined with the second chapter givesthe behavior of self-discipline of the existing problems were cause analysis.The fourth part of the third chapter of the self-discipline existing problems and putsforward corresponding suggestions and solutions, namely, the internal and externalfactors to influence the behavior of self-discipline, improve the villagers in theircomprehensive quality, namely, to speed up the development of rural education,strengthen the skills training, enhance the sense of belonging; the innovation of ruralsocial management, to create atmosphere, optimize the external environment, accelerate the construction of rural economy, rich villagers income channels, enhance the lawpopularization efforts, strengthening the construction of ideology and morality, ruralvillagers timely mediation of rural social contradictions, the development of ruralcommunity education and other measures to improve villagers’ autonomy ability.
