Abstract


With the sustained development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, the enterprises of power transportation and distribution products are facing severe challenges in market environment. More and more customer requirements are individualized; competitions on price and delivery time become prominent issues. The traditional production management has been difficult to adapt to the current competitive environment, it is important and necessary for the enterprises to change the management modes. To build a beneficial long-term strategic development of the organizational structure and process management system is of great significance.This thesis is based on the theory of business process reengineering and project management, it applies the tools such as related analysis and optimization methods and process impact factor model to analyze the actual problems of original processes. In this thesis, not only a process-oriented organization structure of Project Planning Department has been built and the optimization process of new department has been designed, but also a project information management system has been implemented. The actual or potential improvement for enterprise is not only on customer satisfaction, cost management, production efficiency and work quality and so on, but also to achieve a higher level on project management maturity model.
