Abstract


Hebei Province, a major agricultural province , agriculture and the rural economy in the province occupy a very important position in the national economy . This article select Hebei Province as the research object , based on the calendar year, the development of financial and economic data to study support the role of the level of economic development of rural finance and rural finance in Hebei rural economic growth . Articles using descriptive analysis and empirical analysis of empirical research methods , Hebei Province, rural finance and economic growth relationship . The paper first reviews the concepts and theories of rural finance and economic growth are briefly described , from different aspects of the relationship between the rural finance and economic growth , after the analysis of the historical process of the development of the rural finance in Hebei Province and the status quo , further described as well as the economic development situation of Hebei Province , and then from an empirical point of view to analyze the relationship between the level of development and economic growth of the financial institutions in rural areas of Hebei Province , followed by the application of the Granger test , the causal relationship between Hebei rural finance and economic growth prove Hebei Province, rural finance and economic growth is not a two-way relationship , the results of the last part of the empirical analysis of Hebei Province, the development of rural finance to make policy recommendations . Empirical results confirms the interaction between economic growth and financial development , mutual promotion and mutual influence , economic growth is the financial source for the development , financial development will have a strong reaction of economic growth , both must be coordinated development If the development of rural financial artificially suppressed inevitably constrain economic growth and prevent . View of the analysis of the level of financial development in rural areas of Hebei Province , to speed up the reform of the rural financial system , and improve the level of rural financial development and economic growth in rural areas has a very important significance .
