Abstract


Our country established a comprehensive supervision system , including contains the democratic supervision party system. In the Chinese communist party in the ruling status as participating parties, the democratic parties in the case, the democratic parties democratic supervision has vital significance. The democratic parties in China is not only the democratic supervision system of supervision, but also a distinctive feature one advantage of our political system. In real operation, the political resources is not sufficiently use. Give full play to the democratic parties democratic supervision function, not only for the deposit of democratic parties with special significance, and the construction of socialist political civilization is the requirement. In China’s political tradition, there always existed value power operation and despise power supervision tendency, among them, the democratic parties democratic supervision is one of the weakening of form. Therefore, to strengthen the democratic oversight of the democratic parties, not only has practical significance and has more theoretical significance.This paper reviews the development of supervision and thought context, the superiority of comparative supervision system of democratic supervision concept, on the basis of analyzing the democratic parties democratic supervision, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of our reality, and in the political system within the framework of the democratic parties seek perfect the feasibility of democratic supervision effect countermeasures. The article is divided into three sections. The first part of main introduces the connotation of the democratic supervision, nature and characteristics; The second part of the analysis of the problems in the operation of the democratic supervision of the problems and reasons; The third part to improve the democratic parties democratic supervision countermeasures.Based on the dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the guiding ideology, in specific research process, using a normative research and experience analysis method of combining the theory, the structure and function, referring to the theory of socialist, from the perspectives of political science on the current condition of the multi-party cooperation under the democratic supervision is studied. This paper the main theoretical foundation of the theory of political legitimacy and public choice theory and path dependence theory. The basic idea is legitimacy theory and public choice theory push performance democratic parties democratic supervision, then the importance and necessity of path dependence and system change with theory of the current democratic supervision operation for overall investigation, examine democratic supervision and existing problems in the operation of and reason, hoping to find perfect democratic supervision countermeasures.
