Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained rapid growth, the real estate industry as a pillar industry of China's economy, playing an increasingly important role in China's economic development, the national economy can determine healthy development of society remain stable one of the factors. Before 2008, China's real estate industry has maintained rapid growth, gave birth to a large number of enterprises to enter the real estate industry, this aspect makes the increasingly fierce competition in the real estate industry, on the other hand, excessive prosperity of the real estate industry has also led to the generation of foam . The economic crisis that began in 2008 a negative impact on the real estate industry, real estate transaction volume and price down, the real estate business is facing significant operating difficulties. So, how in the increasingly fierce market competition, as well as real estate enterprises to improve the competitiveness of the economic crisis, many real estate companies need to solve the problem, and project management is undoubtedly one of the important ways. Project management using scientific theories and methods mature, effective management of the various stages of the real estate development process, and ultimately achieve overall enhance the role of the real estate enterprise competitiveness.
