Abstract


Teachers’ education object is students, the teacher’s own quality will produce very big effect on the students, so teachers’ ethics is a concern. However, in modern society, teacher’s ethics situation is worrying, lack of ethics and letting down of ethics has aroused people’s attention. The researching of ethics education problems is that students ethics education is important and the necessary, but ignored the school curriculum that is an important factor in the teacher’s ethics education. So we will study students’ ethics education problems in our country from the perspective of the curriculum in teachers colleges,In past,the study of ethics connotation did not highlight the characteristics of teachers’ professional,as the teachers’individual behavior norms, the ethics is similar to other professional norms; In normal colleges and universities, the training goal of ethics is a subject, narrowing the function of ethics in education. Ethics has the function of educate student in their ethics. teachers’ ethics in the education contains moral teaching and moral education. In the requirement for teachers’ quality, contains the teachers’ moral quality and moral education quality.The article is divided into four chapters;The first chapter is introduction. Mainly discusses the origin, research status at home and abroad of research, research ideas and methods, the research significance.The second chapter is the connotation of teacher’s ethics. The connotation of teacher’s ethics from start to now have some change, from the policy level, the level of qualifications of teachers, the lever of teacher education and academic level of target to study the connotation of teacher’s ethics. Found that teachers’ ethics lack of teachers’ professional features, the connotation of teacher’s ethics not only contains ethics norms, also includes teachers’moral teaching and moral education content.The third chapter is the reflection and issues in the curriculum of teacher’s ethics education.Shenyang normal university as the example. The provisions of the education goal of ethics is not clear; No independent ethics education curriculum module;lack of ethics in certificate in teaching and curriculum. The fourth chapter is the construction of teachers ethics education based on the curriculum of. First of all, to highlight the characteristics of teachers’professional,to outstanding teachers’ education function and establish the concept of ethics first; Secondly, pay attention to teachers’ moral education in the curriculum literacy cultivation; Finally, in the evaluation of students in order to establish the standard of ethics evaluation.
