Abstract

Test material of this study is to rice - rice husk, Yangzhou geese as experimental animals, and further study compared the effect of \the impact from the digestive tract structure and morphology to elucidate the effect of rice - rice husk diets good reason. Feeding trials of different rice, rice husk morphology diets on goslings growth performance, slaughter performance indicators of body size, gastrointestinal development and morphology. Test a rice - rice husk diets on the goslings growth performance and digestive tract development select the same batch of hatching similar weight of 4-week-old Yangzhou gander 64, were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 4) repeat every repeats 8. Randomly selected from a group, as a test group fed the basal diet, another group fed rice - rice husk diets. Dietary nutrient levels of the basal diet and rice - rice husk is basically the same. In experiment 2, whole or crushed brown rice, rice husk on growth performance and digestive tract development of goslings select the same batch of hatching similar body weight of 4-week-old 128 Yangzhou gander, were randomly divided into four groups (n = 4) repeat each repeated eight. Fed the diet composition and nutrient levels are the same, only the raw material the granularity of brown rice and rice husk is different, both whole and crushed granularity. The four treatments were: A (Whole brown rice - pulverized rice husk), B (the granulated brown rice - granulated husk), C (pulverized brown rice - pulverized husk), D (pulverized brown rice - granulated husk). In this study, the results showed that: 1 fed rice - rice husk diets does not increase the goslings feed amount (P gt; 0.05), but can be very significant to improve the goslings weight and average daily gain (P <0.01) and lower feed conversion (P <0.01). Fed rice - rice husk diets can be very significant increase goslings chest width (P <0.01) and a significant increase in body length and chest circumference (P <0.05). 3 fed rice - rice husk diets will significantly increase gizzard weight (P <0.05), the jejunum significantly reduced relative length (P <0.05). Fed rice - rice husk diets would be extremely significant increase in the duodenum and jejunum of the preceding paragraph villus height and duodenum, jejunum anterior and posterior segment crypt depth (P <0.01). Overall, whole grain brown rice group feed intake, daily gain and body weight was significantly higher than the crushed brown rice group (P <0.01), feed conversion rate was significantly lower than crushed brown rice group (P <0.01); rice shell particle size on the growth performance of the goslings had no significant effect (P> 0.05). Best whole grain brown rice - the whole rice husk growth performance, crushed brown rice - crushed rice husk group worst. Brown rice and rice husk granularity interactions significantly affect the goslings abdominal fat percentage (P <0.05), the group of which the whole entire group and flour abdominal fat was higher than the other two groups; significantly affect body length and chest circumference (P < 0.05), wherein the entire group of shape compared to the other three groups. 7 of rice husk granularity on the weight and length of the gastrointestinal tract have varying degrees of impact. The whole the rice husks group gizzard weight was significantly higher than to crush the the rice husks group (P <0.01) gizzard relative weight was significantly higher than the crushed rice husk group (P <0.05); crushed the rice husk group jejunum weight and relative weight, and ileal The relative weight was significantly higher than that of the whole grain rice husk group (P <0.05). The jejunum relative length of crushed rice husks group was significantly higher than the whole the rice husks group (P <0.01), relative length, and jejunum length was significantly higher than the whole rice husk group duodenum and ileum. Brown rice granularity on the weight and length of the gastrointestinal tract impact was not significant (P> 0.05). Brown rice and rice husk particle size affect the intestinal tissue morphology. Whole grain brown rice group gastrointestinal paragraphs villus height was significantly higher than the crushed brown rice group (P <0.05), duodenum, jejunum anterior and posterior segment crypt depth was significantly higher than the crushed brown rice group (P <0.05); whole grain rice The shell group duodenum and jejunum preceding paragraph intestinal wall thickness was significantly higher than the crushed rice husk group (P <0.05). 9. Crushed brown rice group the duodenal digesta pH was significantly lower than the whole grain brown rice group (P <0.01), the front-end jejunal chyme pH significantly lower than whole grain brown rice group (P <0.05); crushed rice husk group and 12 duodenal digesta pH was significantly lower than in the whole rice husk groups (P <0.05). Crushed brown rice group of front-end jejunal chyme trypsin live very significantly higher than that of the whole grain brown rice group (P <0.01), the rear section of the duodenum and jejunum digesta the Trypsin live significantly higher than that of the the whole rice husk group (P <0.05) brown rice and rice husk particle size; crushed brown rice group jejunum anterior and posterior segment ileum amylase activity were significantly higher than that of the whole grain brown rice group (P <0.01); interactions significantly affect duodenal digesta amylase activity. The test results, this study suggests that the whole rice husk a significant increase in the weight of the gizzard and duodenum and jejunum preceding paragraph intestinal wall thickness, reduce the weight and length of the jejunum; whole grain brown rice a significant increase in the small intestine villus height and crypt depth. Aberdeen goose intestine, structure and morphology of this change, an important reason fed rice - rice husk diets good effects. Therefore, the large particles feed more conducive to goose growth performance of the play, both the design of the geese feed formulation should consider a mix of different raw materials between different granularity. Recommendations of paddy and rice husk in the form of large particles added to the diet of goslings.
