In order to explore different habitats in southern Urumqi A mite populations throughout the soil characteristics and the relationship between environment, this study Urumqi Southern (day mountain and Saybagh District) four different land use types, including natural forests, farmland, roadside greenery and industrial sites for the study, in April 2009 to October of the above four different habitats in soil A mites were collected, using morphological taxonomy will Oribatida classification and application group number, diversity, richness , dominance, evenness, MGP analysis and other indicators of soil mites A group of community structure. Meanwhile, soil environmental factors on soil oribatida explored the impact of structural research. The main results are as follows: The survey received a total soil Oribatida 9019, belonging to 26 families, 32 genera, of which eight families, 16 genera Xinjiang new record. Four different land use types in the soil under the Oribatida distribution and the number of individuals composed of a certain number of differences between groups. Sequential group number is a natural forest (27) gt; arable land (23) gt; roadside green space (21) gt; industrial land (19). The number of individuals in order to natural forests (2663) gt; land (2330) gt; roadside greenery (2049) gt; industrial land (1977). The dominant species and habitats of rare flora and common groups are different, which lazy A mite genus (Nothrus) and bacteria A mite genus (Scheloribates) There are four dominant groups habitat. In different seasons soil oribatida structure is different, in September the highest total catch, April low. A number of soil mites individual and group number of the vertical distribution in the different layers of a clear statement cohesion. A soil mite diversity index (H) and richness index (M) level sequential as: natural forest gt; arable gt; roadside green gt; industrial land; dominance index (C) sequentially as: industrial land gt; Roadside green gt; arable gt; natural forests; evenness index (E) sequentially as natural forest gt; industrial land gt; roadside green gt; arable land. Oribatida MGP analysis showed that the four habitats MGP Analysis I generally showed an O-, MGP analyze the performance of industrial land II P-type, the other three are O-Habitat. Four habitats oribatida Jaccard similarity between the results of the analysis show that the roadside green space and industrial land two very similar communities, while natural forests and medium industrial land two communities are not similar. Other types of habitats oribatida structural similarity index value is not high, are not similar medium. Soil environmental factors on the four habitats oribatida structure differently. Within a certain range, the soil mites A number of individuals, groups and soil temperature were tested several significant positive correlation (P lt; 0.01). A number of soil mites individual, group number and soil moisture were tested statistically significant negative correlation (P lt; 0.05). Soil organic matter, pH (when PH: 6 ~ 8) and soil A number of individuals and groups of mites was positively correlated, but did not reach significance level (P gt; 0.05). Through a comprehensive analysis of the experimental results, the Lazy A mite genus (Nothrus), hijab A mite genus (Tectocepheus) and three wrinkle A mite genus (Rhysotritia), three A mite is initially identified as Urumqi Southern soil environmental monitoring indicator organisms. This study showed that, in four different land use types of soil structure and diversity oribatida showed heterogeneity, therefore, soil oribatida structural changes can be used as biological indicators of land quality evaluation.
