Abstract


The taxi industry is the image of a city, it refers to the public travel problems of citizensand their vital interests, so every country are trying to promote the healthy development of theindustry in the world. Foreign taxi industry appears early, and it has been quite mature andperfect after decades of development.It not only made a contribution for the development oflocal people, but also provided a good service for them. Our taxi industry started relativelylate compared with foreign countries, and had no ready-made model can completely acceptbecause of different conditions. We just learn from foreign advanced experience at the sametime combine with local actual situation to find out a management system that is suitable fortheir local situation.At present in China, for the taxi industry problems,the main reason lies in the impropermanagement system which causes the management mode of the backward, taxi companymanagement behavior is not standard, infrastructure construction is not in place, supervisionis not strong enough, the lack of exit mechanism problem and so on.These problems notonly hinder the healthy development of our taxi industry, but also cause manycontradictions, which burst multiplely in different areas and different time, and even becomea local unstable factors. Therefore, our country the taxi industry should bereformed immediately.This paper is divided into six parts, the first part mainly summarizes the topic researchmeaning, research methods, research ideas and innovation place. The second part mainly introduce the relative theories on the taxi industry. The third part mainly discusses the presentsituation of sanmenxia city taxi industry and the problems existing in the operation andanalysis. The fourth part mainly discusses the taxi industry at home and abroad advancedexperience for the management of sanmenxia taxi industry development, which can be usedfor reference of the place. The fifth part is the most important part of this paper, mainlydiscusses how to construct efficient sanmenxia city taxi industry management system. Thesixth part is the summary of this paper and the future development and puts forward the ideaof the next step for the research.
