As China’s e-commerce and social media continues to evolve, especially with the rapid growth of social networking platforms, social gifts as a new form of business there will be rapid development. While social marketing as a low cost fast precise marketing model, is a very powerful way of marketing, will rapidly promote the rapid development of the business.In this paper, through the use of literature research, observation, interviews, questionnaires and comparative law research methods, major in research and analysis the problems of based on gifts and funding model socialization of e-commerce, the first part of the study describes the background of the article for this article of discussion and analysis provides a foundation; based on the basic researching, the author introduced and analyzed the research status and theories of the gifts home and abroad on the gifts and funding model("Group gifts model"), third part the author through the introduction of domestic and international situation and theory, combined with the company’s GIFTA products a specific case, for the analysis is based on gifts and problems of funding mode has laid a theoretical foundation to GIFTA represented by the gifts and funding model based on the socialization of successful experience from abroad electricity supplier analysis, research funding model based on gifts and socialization electricity suppliers future growth prospects and problems. In the fourth part, focusing on the gifts and subsidies based business models are analyzed, and the last two parts through GIFTA products focused on specific examples of gifts and funding model based on the socialization of electricity providers to conduct research and development of strategic analysis, focusing on how to better develop gifts and funding mode countermeasures proposed four recommendations. Finally, I hope that this study can provide gifts and funding model based on the socialization of maturation and development of electronic business help and learn.
