Guangxi region is rich in tourism resources, renowned both at home and abroad. The scale and number of the original rural ecological tourism resource also ranked in the forefront of the country. The micro-enterprise policy and the development programming of the Guangxi area of rural micro-tourism enterprises, instilled new opportunities and vitalities for the development of the rural micro-tourism enterprisesThis paper selects Guangxi Yao Autonomous County, a region which is rich in tourism resources and has a long history of rural tourism with various kinds of tourism enterprises, as a case study. It ensures the accuracy and scientificalness of the research. The paper does a systematic research on the development mechanism of rural micro-tourism enterprises by combining related research results at home and abroad. In theoretical study, it mainly introduces enterprise strategic management theory, tourism resources management theory, enterprise core competence theory and the industry cycle theory, In empirical research, it makes investigation in the Gong Town of Gongcheng County, Limu town, Lianhua town, mainly taken the form of questionnaires and interviews, data, and excel software for data collation and analysis.Based on the research and analysis of the results, it comes to a conclusion that during the developing process of micro-tourism enterprises, there exists the external environment constraints as well as the internal factors from the comparison between the information of the rural micro-tourism enterprises operators and controls, the physical truth of micro-tourism enterprises, the recognition of the cultural needs of tourists three parties (operators, controls, tourists), and other data to tourist information and the tourism motivation of Gongtong County. This paper tried to start from the actual situation of Guangxi rural micro-tourism enterprises, to build enterprise development from the four major aspects of culture, policy, personnel, internal systems, to find the breakthrough point from every direction, micro-tourism enterprises is an integral part of the development of rural tourism, and lays a foundation to the development of rural tourism. It is the evaluation of the micro- tourism enterprises to do logistics and service work, it is the goal and motivation of the micro-tourism enterprises to improve service quality, meet the needs and perception of tourists. The development of micro-tourism enterprises is also a spur to the consummation the infrastructure, the village appearance, and improving the quality of personnel. Therefore, this paper has a realistic significance to the development of rural miniature tourism enterprises of Gongcheng County.It proposes the innovation and limitation of research at the end of this paper, and hope to provide help for future researchers.
