Abstract


Marked by the Eiffel Tower which built in France in1889, the construction of Radio and TV Tower is a long history and play a very important part in the transmission of Radio and TV programs. Since the reform and Opening up, China’s rapid economic development and technology of modern radio and television. Radio and TV Tower business also achieved from scratch, from small to large, from single to comprehensive development by leaps and bounds. The survival environment and development situation in Radio and TV Tower have taken place.As China and the world famous tower, Heilongjiang Radio and TV Tower tourism—oriented industries operating has made steady progress in recent years. Facing the complex and volatile market operated environment, how to run the Radio and TV Tower and make it sustainable growth in the fierce market competition, is the strategic choices that must be answered by us.Throughout the study I put Radio and TV Tower scenic as the research object to. The main framework:First, in the introduction part, I summarize and illustrate this research background, purpose, significance, related theories and research methods and ideas; Second, conducted a comprehensive analysis of the external environment from the macro environment and industry environment in terms of Heilongjiang Radio and TV Tower scenic run; Next, on the systematic analysis of the internal environment in scenic running of Heilongjiang Radio and TV Tower and combined with the conclusions of the SWOT analysis, proposed new strategies and specific implementation measures about the scenic running of Heilongjiang Radio and TV Tower.
