Abstract


Development is the eternal theme of humanity . Fifties of the last century , international industrial transfer, the development of a new industry model , various forms of regional and sub-regional cooperation are emerging . Since the beginning of the new century , the imbalance of regional economic development in China have become increasingly prominent , the transfer of the domestic industry came into being , and become the main driving force of China 's regional industrial structure optimization . In May 2008 , Guangdong Province, formally proposed the strategy of double shift and double shift as to further promote industrial restructuring and upgrading , to achieve sound and rapid economic development initiatives , and achieved remarkable results . Jiangmen municipal PRD region underdeveloped region , the Pearl River Delta to the mountainous industry transformation gradient center .
