Abstract


School survival and development is the basis of the quality of teaching in schools, due to the large-scale domestic universities enrollment, making the obvious decline in the quality of teaching in schools. Plus the employment situation is worsening, universities increasingly fierce competition, more and more schools recognize that to improve the quality of teaching in schools is a priority. Evaluation of teaching has a huge role to improve the teaching quality, thus causing the attention of more and more colleges and universities, and became the focus of attention of many experts and scholars. In the face of widespread problems exist in the current domestic College Students to how better to solve the existing problems in the domestic College Students to better service to improve the quality of university teaching, the teaching evaluation gradually become one of the hot topics. The first combing the History Student Evaluation of Teaching at home and abroad, and access to a large amount of literature found widespread problems exist in the current domestic College Students to be summed up in four major areas. This includes teachers and student evaluation of teaching the misunderstanding of the teaching evaluation process is not up to standard teaching evaluation index system is not scientific and reasonable to deal with inadequate teaching evaluation results. On this basis, the design were to adapt to the the questionnaire teachers and students, the survey of the views of the teachers and students for the university where teaching evaluation problems. Frequency analysis and comparative analysis of questionnaire analysis and processing. Came to the conclusion to resolve the current problems in the domestic College Students to countermeasures and suggestions: schools can be strengthened through the careful organization of student assessment of teachers and students about teaching evaluation publicity to change their misconceptions and perceptions of Student Evaluation of Teaching; to standardize the purpose of teaching evaluation process; teach all aspects of to improve the evaluation of teaching by teachers, students and school leaders to participate in the formulation process of the evaluation of teaching indicators and to develop appropriate evaluation methods based on different professional science, rationality; through appropriate public teaching evaluation results and other methods to achieve the correct handling of the purpose of teaching evaluation results. Ultimately provide favorable theoretical basis and support to solve the problem of domestic universities, thus contributing to the reform of domestic College Students to promote domestic colleges and universities to improve teaching quality, to promote the modernization and development of the domestic universities.
