Abstract


The relativity between polymorphisms of ESR,FSHβgene of Zongdi hua pig and breeding performance were studied by PCR-RFLP method.The main results are as follows:The genetic character of Zongdi hua pig basic group:In the basic group of Zongdi hua pig,there were 3 genetype(AA,AB,BB) in ESR locus and their genotypic frequency and gene frequency were 0.1020,0.7142,0.1838/0.4591,0.5409,AB type was the preponderance genetype of mutational site,allelomorphic gene B was the preponderance allelomorphic gene of mutational site and genetype distribution of ESR gene was deviate with Hardy-Winberg balance condition;In FSHβlocus,there were 2 genetype(AA,AB) and their genotypic frequency and gene frequency were 0.8979,0.1021/0.9489,0.0511,AA type was the preponderance genetype of mutational site,allelomorphic gene A was the preponderance allelomorphic gene of mutational site and genetype distribution of FSHβgene was in Hardy-Winberg balance condition.The ESR gene had a polymorphism information content of 0.3733 and a heterozygosis degree of 0.4967 belongs to medium polymorphic site;The FSHβgene had a polymorphism information content of 0.0922 and a heterozygosis degree of 0.0969 belongs to hyp-grade polymorphic site.The relativity between ESR,FSHβgenetype of Zongdi hua pig and breeding performance:In the basic group of Zongdi hua pig,the average total litter size and live litter size of ESR genetypes were BB＞AB＞AA,the sow with BB type had 1.02 more litter size than AA type and 0.82 more than AB type in each foetus,allelomorphic gene B had a increasing tendency in litter responsive,there had no significant variance in average birth weight and litter birth weight between 3 genetypes;the average total litter size,live litter size and litter birth weight of FSHβgenetypes were AA＞AB,the sow with AA type had 0.98 more litter size than AB type in each foetus,allelomorphic gene A had a increasing tendency in litter responsive.The research results showed that,ESR and FSHβgene had obviously effect on copiousness of Zongdi hua pig basic group,so they can be used to markers assistant selection for selection of Zongdi hua pig ram-breeding flock.We can emphasis leave the sow with BB,AB of ESR and AA of FSHβinto selection ram-breeding flock so that its breeding performance can be raised,population can be fast enlarged and it can be preferably protected and utilized.
