Abstract


80 synonymous as a group , because of its growth in the Chinese mainland's reform period of great changes , this generation values ??have previous large differences . Today, after 80 employees gradually become the backbone of the current employment . 80 employees different values ??, traditional human resource management method and management mode presented new challenges, we need to explore its value characteristics and management adjustment . Synthesis based on the theory of work values ??, work values ??scale survey tool , through the investigation to obtain first-hand information of 80 employees for work values ??. Through the analysis of the survey data obtained after 80 employees self-centered , standard and heavy work experience of three basic characteristics , the face of the 80 employees to pursue free personality characteristics , and emphasized the flexibility to take it targeted manner management. And 80 employees in the realization of personal achievements , the work environment shaping and regression collectivism values ??thinking and explore . According to the basic characteristics of the 80 employees on work values ??, combined with the analysis and discussion of the content , how to effectively manage 80 staff made ??several recommendations for managers : aside their prejudices in - depth understanding of the basis of 80 , the selection of suitable talent gradually guide its enhanced recognition of the organization's core values ??, at the same time and improve a diversified employee growth system and flexible management .
