Abstract


At present , China is in a profound social transformation and economic change , reform of institutions as an indispensable part of economic and social change in the intensity of reform and progress facing higher requirements , needs reform, mechanisms to adjust on the basis of organic combination of macro and micro level , management innovation , to jointly promote the pace of development in order to adapt to the times . This article is from the micro-level , performance appraisal as a fulcrum , on the reform of the internal management of the institutions , in the hope that the performance appraisal reforms as the starting point to promote the reform of public institutions and the level of management to enhance some inspiration and reference . The wave of change driving the reform process of the institutions , our institutions continue to introduce performance appraisal management philosophy , innovation compared with the original appraisal system , but still faces some of the more prominent issues . Especially for the implementation of the \The object of this paper \B City Productivity Promotion Center performance appraisal case studies, we find that the current domestic organizations to draw upon the advanced Western management philosophy, to take the performance management process , showing some of the \performance appraisal method , after the introduction of the domestic effect is not obvious , there is the phenomenon of obtaining the \this reflects to some extent the theoretical value and practical significance of the performance appraisal Institute has domestic self-supporting class institutions .
