Abstract
Objective: guidance, using methods such as biochemistry, ethology, the study of Three Mile clear point injection on experimental gastric mucosal injury in rat gastric function, the theory of meridians and acupoints Zusanli injection clinical applications for the treatment of gastric mucosal injury disease provide experimental basis. Subjects: healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group (control group), model group (referred to as the model group), Zusanli acupoint injection the sulfate rotundine group (referred to as a hole drug group), intramuscular The sulfuric acid rotundine group (referred to as the intramuscular group), Zusanli point injection water for injection group (referred to as the to Anamizu group). The blank group to 0.9% saline, without any treatment. The remaining animals in each group at 10% glacial acetic acid orally caused by experimental gastric mucosal injury model, the model in addition to the treatment of the model group, hole drug group, the IM group Anamizu group were treated with acupoint injection bilateral rotundine \Results: (1) before treatment compared to baseline, the weight and pain threshold of rats showed no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), comparable. (2) visceral pain behavior learned detection results: after treatment within 30min blank group's Pain Points to 0, respectively, with the remaining groups comparison, differences there are significant with sexual significance (P lt; 0.05); model group pain integral increased significantly, respectively. with the remaining groups comparison, differences in sexual significance (P lt; 0.05); significantly reduced hole drug group the Pain Points, respectively, with the model group, the IM group, cave water group comparison, the difference was significant significance (P lt; 0.05 ); the intramuscular group Anamizu, the difference was not significant significance (P gt; 0.05). The results of the analgesic rate: 30min hole analgesic drug group after treatment is higher in the IM group, Anamizu group, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05), intramuscular group Anamizu no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). (3) gastric emptying test results: After treatment, the rate of gastric emptying of the blank group was significantly higher than the rest of the group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); hole drug group gastric emptying rate was significantly lower than the control group and the model group, the difference was significant significance (P lt; 0.05); the intramuscular group Anamizu group gastric emptying rate model group showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05) between the two, there was no significant differences (P gt; 0.05). (4) the results of gastric juice detect: three times after treatment ① The hole drug group, the gastric juice amount was significantly more than the control group, model group, the IM group, differences there are significant with sexual significance (P lt; 0.05), with cave water group without significant with differences (P gt; 0.05), the difference between the other groups significance (P gt; 0.05); ② Anamizu group gastric PH value is higher than the blank group, model group and the intramuscular group, the difference was significance (P lt; 0.05); ③ The hole drug group and cave water group gastric juice of NaOH drops quantitative significantly lower than the control group, the difference there is significant with sexual significance (P lt; 0.05), between the hole drug group and cave water group compare differences without significantly with significance ( P gt; 0.05), pairwise comparisons between the differences in the control group, model group and IM group three remarkable significance (P gt; 0.05). (5) ulcer index test results: three times after treatment, the the blank group's ulcers index 0, respectively, compared with other groups, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); highest ulcer index of the model group, respectively. with the remaining groups comparison, differences in sexual significance (P lt; 0.05); hole drug group the ulcer index significantly reduce, respectively, with the model group, the IM group, cave water group comparison, differences have significant sexual significance (P lt; 0.05 ); the intramuscular groups and cave water group, the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: Zusanli injection the rotundine can significantly reduce experimental gastric mucosal injury in rats visceral pain pain scores inhibition of gastric mucosal damage caused by gastric emptying, promote gastric discharge, inhibition of gastric acid secretion, reduce the ulcer index in reducing pain, protect gastric mucosa, to improve the role of gastric function significant efficacy and hole effective synergy.
