Abstract


Recent years, the phenomenon of College Entrance Examination fraud come into people’s vision frequently, as a complex social phenomenon, aroused widespread concern. The existence of this phenomenon has a great harm to the operation of the college entrance examination system, university management and the credibility of the construction of social credit environment. The study will give the corresponding control strategies through analysis of the problem of the College Entrance Examination fraud theoretically. Based on this general research objectives, this study include the following components:The first part shows an overview of the phenomenon of College Entrance Examination fraud. Include the definition and forms of concept of College Entrance Examination fraud, and the data presentation. The article pointed out that "fraud" and "cheat" is essentially different, the College Entrance Examination in the appearance of such a phenomenon should be called "fraud." College Entrance Examination fraud is divided into:internal-and external-type categories.The second part is the empirical investigation of College Entrance Examination fraud. Through questionnaires and interviews to know the actual information associated with the fraud, from the survey of the confidence in the system of college entrance examination enrollment, the situation on the College Entrance Examination Entrance Examination fraud to understand and the impact of fraud on the people who were fooled about. Survey:there is widespread distrust among people on the College Entrance Examination of China’s current system; people do not know the phenomenon of College Entrance Examination fraud clearly; and the College Entrance Examination fraud deceived a lot of damage for families who have been.The third part is analysis on the causes of College Entrance Examination fraud. Mainly from the perspective of fraudsters, people who have been deceived and examination system. For scammers. its implementation was mainly attributable temptation of high profits of fraud:to people who have been deceived, its reason for being cheated because the parents of luck and the superstition of "hidden rules";in the college entrance examination system, college admissions information asymmetry, misconducts supervision is not enough, some of the staff are not high quality to provide the conditions for entrance admissions fraud.The fourth part is control strategies for College Entrance Examination fraud. On the basis of reason Anglicizing, the study made the following control strategies from two aspects of the players and examination system:victimized remove chances. improve self-protection; justice and the related agencies to increase penalties; rebuild the credibility of universities:Establish and perfect the system of open enrollment information;improve College Entrance Examination work supervision system: improve the quality of admissions staff.
