Abstract


Extraordinarily complex social conflicts and disputes as a social phenomenon , but the disease is bound to exist as a human body , not demise inevitable . Social conflicts and disputes are generally divided into civil disputes , administrative disputes and criminal disputes , mostly into judicial mechanisms currently in place to address these three disputes to be regulation by the judiciary mainly use legal , supplemented by sensible balance the interests of the disputing parties , thereby easing , resolve conflicts , solve all kinds of disputes . Above current resolve social conflicts and disputes in the judicial mechanism , in the whole process of solving social disputes , lawyers as legal professionals mainly from the stance of a party to the dispute (the principal) , the use of legal expertise , skills , that client to seek benefits maximization First of principle , and ease , resolve conflicts, to resolve the dispute for the secondary purpose . Therefore, at this stage the role played by lawyers in the whole to resolve social conflicts and disputes mechanism has its limitations. Therefore, the social conflicts and disputes as to the point of view of social diseases identified solving models of to solve human disease cf medical clinics , legal clinics try to be organized by the lawyers and other legal practitioners , social conflicts and disputes such social disease cases are as a professional and independent third party \And such legal clinics , civil, administrative and even criminal social contradictions and disputes disease can take effective treatment options , especially in such rapid socio-economic development at this stage , legal clinics to solve some of the obvious characteristics of the times of social contradiction has important social value .
