Abstract


Guizhou Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture is the main habitat of the Chinese Miao Miao people living in these places remote deep in the mountains , usually little and external contacts , economic backwardness, underdevelopment education . After a dispute between the villagers here , mediation applicable specifications and Han areas are very different . This paper attempts such an idea to study the dispute resolution system of villagers' committees of the region : the first part first describes the background of the dispute resolution system of villagers' committees , such as the implementation of an overview of the area from Southeast Guizhou Miao villagers ' autonomy . Followed by the second part describes the status of the dispute resolution system in Southeast Guizhou Miao area from villagers 'committee , in principle , the basis of the scope of this part of the villagers' committee for dispute resolution , including the area . Due to the influence of traditional customs and practices of Southeast Guizhou Miao villagers 'committee gathered in the mediation of disputes sometimes invited village of management old to participate , this is a special place , so this part of the villagers' committee and management old in the mediation the village disputes .
